l needs. Mr. Zeeshan took the time to understand our preferences and designed an itinerary that perfectly balanced sightseeing, relaxation, and unique experiences. Every arrangement—from hotel bookings to tours and transfers—was seamless and well organized, allowing us to fully enjoy our trip without any stress. He was also extremely accommodating when we needed last-minute changes to our day-by-day schedule in Dubai, making adjustments quickly and ensuring everything continued to run smoothly according to our convenience. What truly stood out was his dedication and availability. He was always quick to respond to our questions and provided helpful guidance throughout the entire process. His recommendations for attractions, activities, and local experiences made our Dubai trip even more memorable. Thanks to Mr. Zeeshan’s excellent planning and support, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional travel agent. We look forward to planning our next trip with him again!

fully met our requirements, with an unbeatable location—steps from metro and bus stops, plus plenty of nearby shops and eateries. Even after late-night sightseeing, we got back effortlessly via public transport with little fatigue. I highly recommend this agency. Kudos!

staff was in a mode of scamming people in every expect. Also two activities were not been provided which was included in the package. I have already raised it with the vendor. But all in all it was amazing thanks for the service. Punctuality

Mr. Raj Kumar Prajapati (Raj), who supported us from the initial package discussion and itinerary planning through to the completion of the trip. His patience, prompt responses, and readiness to accommodate last‑minute requests made a significant difference and deserve sincere appreciation. We would also like to thank the tour operators — Mohsin Bukhari, Jagpreet Singh, and Abhi — for their excellent coordination, as well as the tour guides — Tanzil, Amir Sohail, Shakeel, and Awais — for their knowledge, courtesy, and valuable insights throughout the tour. The drivers were equally commendable for their professionalism and flexibility. Overall, PCM Worldwide Flights delivered a highly reliable and customer‑focused travel experience. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to the UAE.

e gift of a transfer upgrade during the trip, which made our journey even more memorable. Truly grateful for the excellent service!

rable houseboat stay. The team was very supportive, always available, and made sure our trip was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, TravKraft, for making our honeymoon so special.

tail, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.

st was as requested and booked. Thank you

al issues started from the very first day of the trip. The cab service was consistently unreliable. The cabs were never on time and were almost always 15–20 minutes late. We were usually given a pickup slot (for example, 9:15–9:30), but the cab never arrived within the mentioned window. I understand that these slots are planned keeping traffic conditions in mind, so occasional delays are acceptable—but this happened almost every single time. Out of the 6 days, 3 days were particularly stressful due to these delays. While some drivers were extremely polite, gentle, and stuck to what they promised, others were very disappointing. They would say they would arrive in 15 minutes but would not show up even after 45 minutes, often without proper communication. We opted for a cab service expecting convenience and peace of mind. Instead, it became a constant source of stress. We had traveled from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Dubai in our own car and chose to use local cabs in Dubai hoping for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Unfortunately, by the end of the trip, we felt that driving ourselves would have been far less stressful and would have made the experience better. Another drawback was related to the hotel accommodation. We were informed that king-size beds would be provided, but the rooms had small double beds instead, which was disappointing. Overall, we are very unhappy with the services provided. My previous trip to Maldives was amazing with Travel Triangle, so I opted it again, now, it was terrible!

ood Idea. Hotel, transfer and sightseeing were well organised. One has to enjoy without any worry. Great. Nithali Ram, Deputy secretary to Govt of India Retd. All best memories except Burj khalifa.
